We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged, our return policy is outlined below, or you can reach us at info@soylatinacandles.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Return
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please do not send any packages back without a confirmation from us. We do not guarantee a return, refund, or exchange for any packages that are mailed to us without consent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@soylatinacandles.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
